Bieunkah is an author and illustrator who began her creative journey making greeting cards, coloring books, and journals that inspired many. She now focuses on illustration and book projects, with the goal of licensing her artwork for stationery and home goods. Through InDesign Your Portfolio, she hopes to create a polished, professional portfolio that will help her attract clients and see her work on shelves and homes around the world.

Her goal is to confidently pitch her art. With this course, Dani hopes to gain the tools and structure she needs to present her work professionally and open new creative doors.

Holly has a background in fashion and textile design, and she creates patterns and illustrations that celebrate color, vibrancy, and accessibility. She envisions collaborating with companies to make technology and products that are both functional and joyful. Holly has collections ready to share, and through this course, she’s excited to develop a portfolio that helps her pitch her dream clients with confidence.

Laurie is an illustrator known for her whimsical, Disney-esque “baby-fied” pop culture characters, a style she has shared with audiences across Canada and the U.S. at comic cons for more than 20 years. Her past projects include illustrating a Dora the Explorer coloring book for Nickelodeon. Laurie now dreams of expanding into children’s publishing, toy design, and surface design. She sees InDesign Your Portfolio as the next step to elevate her presentation and connect with art directors and manufacturers.

She dreams of running a successful POD shop, licensing her patterns, and selling her designs locally in her English village. With a growing body of work, Sheree is ready to create a portfolio that showcases her unique style and helps her confidently pitch to clients and companies.

Tania creates artwork that centers resilience, identity, and emotional connection. With a background in art history and a career in marketing, she has recently returned to hands-on artmaking through illustration and fine art. Her goal is to build a professional portfolio that communicates her vision with clarity and adaptability for galleries, residencies, and collaborations. This course will help her design a portfolio that feels authentic and impactful.
"I want to explore all the ways my art can live—fine art prints, cards, or other formats I haven’t tried yet. I’m excited to experiment, see what resonates, and discover new opportunities. Most of all, I want the confidence to present my work boldly and share it with the world."
